2022年江苏现代金融研究基地年会暨未来金融国际研讨会在我校举行

& International Symposium on Future Finance Held in Soochow

9月24日-25日，由威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676、江苏现代金融研究基地主办的“2022年江苏现代金融研究基地年会暨未来金融国际研讨会”顺利召开。会议采用线上线下相结合的方式，大会开幕式在苏州大学举行。江苏省财政厅副厅长徐洪林、苏州大学副校长李孝峰、苏州市地方金融监管局局长谢善鸿、江苏省财政厅金融处副处长王坤鹏、渣打银行上海分行行长杨传东、威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676院长冯博等出席开幕式，超过200位来自世界各国高校的专家学者及师生在线上线下同步参会。大会由苏州大学威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676副院长徐涛主持。

The “2022 Annual Meeting of Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province & International Symposium on Future Finance”hosted by the Business School of Soochow University and Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province was successfully held on September 24thand 25th. The Conference was held online and on-site, and the opening ceremony was held at Soochow University. Xu Honglin, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province, Li Xiaofeng, Vice President of Soochow University, Xie Shanhong, Director of the Suzhou Local Financial Supervision Bureau, Wang Kunpeng, Deputy Director of the Financial Department of the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province, Yang Chuandong, President of Standard Chartered Bank Shanghai Branch, and Feng Bo, Dean of Business School Soochow University, attended the opening ceremony. More than 200 experts, scholars, teachers and students from universities around the world participated online and offline. The opening ceremony was presided over by Xu Tao, Vice Dean of Business School Soochow University.

开幕式上，李孝峰副校长代表苏州大学向与会嘉宾表示欢迎，并向大家介绍了苏州大学的发展近况。他表示，本次研讨会以“未来金融”为主题，具有非常重要的意义。近年来，我国金融科技发展取得举世瞩目的成就，已成为金融数字化转型的核心驱动力，在深化金融供给侧结构性改革、增强金融服务实体经济能力等方面发挥重要作用。“十四五”规划纲要提出，稳妥发展金融科技，加快金融机构数字化转型。江苏现代金融研究基地在我省的金融发展过程中发挥了重要作用，在未来也将为此作出更多贡献。

Li Xiaofeng welcomed the guests on behalf of Soochow University at the opening ceremony, and introduced the recent development of Soochow University. He said that the theme of this seminar, "Future Finance", is of great significance. In recent years, the financial technology development in China has made remarkable achievements, and has become the core driving force of financial digital transformation. The Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province has played an important role in the financial development of Jiangsu Province and will make more contributions to this in the future.

谢善鸿局长向大家介绍了苏州市的金融发展状况。他表示，江苏现代金融研究基地具有广阔的发展空间，苏州地方金融监管局将提供大力支持，未来将与威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676开展更长期的合作交流。

Xie Shanhong briefed on the financial development of Suzhou City. He said that Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province has broad space for development, and the Suzhou Local Financial Supervision Bureau will provide strong support and carry out more long-term cooperation and exchanges with Soochow University and its Business School in the future.

冯博院长代表威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676欢迎各位嘉宾莅临本次会议，并介绍了威尼斯欢乐娱人城v367640年来的发展进程以及与我市地方金融监管局的联系。她表示，多年来，我院在金融领域的学生培养、科学研究等方面获得丰硕成果，江苏现代金融研究基地自成立以来也取得不少优异成绩。未来学院和基地将整合省财政厅、市地方金融监管局等多方力量，在未来金融领域作出更多成绩。

Feng Bo welcomed all the guests on behalf of Business School Soochow University, and introduced the development process of the Business School in the past 40 years and the connection with the Suzhou Local Financial Supervision Bureau. She said that over the years, our school has achieved fruitful results in education and scientific research in the field of Finance, and Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province has also achieved a considerable number of excellent results since its establishment. In the future, the School and the Center will integrate forces from the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province and the Suzhou Local Financial Supervision Bureau to make more achievements in Future Finance.

开幕式后，来自中国、中国香港、澳大利亚、美国、法国、英国等国家和地区的十多位金融领域专家学者在会上做学术报告。哥伦比亚大学周迅宇（Xunyu ZHOU）教授、中国社会科学院何德旭教授、渣打银行上海分行杨传东行长分别作主旨报告，介绍了最新研究成果，与大家分享了对“未来金融”的理解，以及在业界践行绿色金融、可续金融的实际做法。

After the opening ceremony, more than ten experts and scholars in the field of Finance from China, Hong Kong China, Australia, the United States, France, the United Kingdom and other countries and regions reported at the conference. Professor Xunyu Zhou of Columbia University, Professor He Dexu of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Yang Chuandong, President of Standard Chartered Bank Shanghai Branch, respectively delivered keynote speeches with the latest research results, their understanding of "Future Finance", and the actual practice of green finance and sustainable finance in the industry.

此次会议由威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676和江苏现代金融研究基地发起和组织。为更好地解决金融发展中出现的新问题，服务江苏省金融发展需求，江苏省现代金融研究基地于2019年成立。基地通过凝聚威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676、江苏省财政厅、中国社会科学院财经战略研究院三方优质资源，整合国内金融学界与省内实际工作部门的研究力量，实施“政产学研用”协作化攻关、智库化咨询、平台化运作。基地设立以来，通过智库报告、承担课题、举办论坛讲座、发表学术论文等形式，积极服务江苏省金融业的发展。

The Conference was organized and held by Business School Soochow University and the Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province. In order to better solve the new problems arising in the development of Finance and to serve the needs of financial development in Jiangsu Province, the Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province was established in 2019. By condensing the high-quality resources of the Business School of Soochow University, the Finance Department of Jiangsu Province, and the National Academyof Economics Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Center integrates the research strength of domestic financial circles and the actual work departments in Jiangsu Province, and implements the "government, industry, university, research and application" collaborative research, think tank consultation, and platform operation. Since the establishment of the Center, it has actively served the development of the finance industry in Jiangsu Province through think tank reports, undertaking projects, hosting forums and lectures, and publishing academic papers.

本次会议为国内外学者搭建起良好的学术交流平台，来自世界各国的专家学者在会上积极探索现代金融的理论体系，必将进一步促进学术研究领域的国际交流，为未来金融发展提供理论基础和实践指导，也将进一步推进江苏现代金融研究基地的建设和发展，提升苏州大学相关学科的国际影响力。

The Conference has established an academic exchange platform for scholars in China and other countries worldwide. It will enhance the international exchanges in academic research and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the future development of Finance. Meanwhile, the Conference will further promote the construction and development of Modern Finance Research Center of Jiangsu Province, and enhance the international influence of Soochow University.
