By drawing upon the TOE and HOT theoretical frameworks, this study increased the level of variance explained on the use of social media for freight logistics supply chain social sustainability. IJPR is a well- established highly successful and leading journal reporting manufacturing, production and operations management research. IJPR is a JCR Q1 journal with an impact factor of 3.199.

Dr. Orji obtained her Ph.D. from Dalian University of Technology and had a postdoctoral experience in the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence Network. Her research interests include green supply chain management and multi- criteria decision making. Her works have been published in such journals as International Journal of Production Economics,Industrial Management and Data Systems,Computers and Industrial Engineering,andJournal of Cleaner Production.

A research paper “Disentangling the driving factors of logistics outsourcing: A configurational perspective” by Yuan Yang, a Ph.D. studentat the Research Center for Smarter Supply Chain, Dongwu Business School, was recently accepted byJournal of Enterprise Information Management (JEIM). JEIM is an SSCI journal inJCR Q2 with an impact factor of 2.126. This research explores how internal and external factors synergically influence the extent of logistics outsourcing and how institutional, organizational and transactional factors interplay with each other to influence logistics outsourcing decision.

Miss Yuan Yang is a second-year Ph. D. student in the Department of Business Administration at Dongwu Business School. She got her bachelor degree in management from Soochow University. Her research interests include logistics management and supply chain relationship management. Miss Yuan has six (6) papers accepted by or published on international journals, five (5) of which are SSCI/SCI journals, includingInternational Journal of Production Economics,Journal of Business Research,Journal of Computer Information Systems,Information Systems and e-Business Management, andTransport Policy. All of them are A-level or B-level journals in ABDC (Australian Business Deans Council) Journal Quality List.

东吴威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676智慧供应链研究中心陈重阳副教授(第一作者和通讯作者)的研究论文“Decreasing the problematic use of an information system: An empirical investigation of smartphone game players”最近被《Information Systems Journal》（ISJ）接收。该文主要探讨了影响戒除手机游戏成瘾的关键因素。手机游戏成瘾已成为突出的社会问题，引起了社会和学界的广泛关注。目前已有的研究主要集中在探索成瘾形成机制，对于成瘾后的戒除研究极其欠缺。本文基于保护动机理论，研究了威胁评估、应对评估、主观规范和行为习惯等因素对戒除手机游戏成瘾的影响机制。本研究有助于加深对手机游戏成瘾的认知，对治疗手机游戏成瘾具有重要的现实指导作用。ISJ是信息系统的权威SSCI期刊，属于JCR一区,影响因子为4.482。

陈重阳博士毕业于中国科学技术大学工商管理专业和香港城市大学资讯专业，随后加入威尼斯欢乐娱人城v3676智慧供应链研究中心。目前她已有十多篇科研论文发表在《Information & Management》、《International Journal of Information Management》、《Computers in Human Behavior》、《Internet Research》等国际期刊。其研究兴趣包括消费者行为学，信息技术负面效应，移动营销等。

Dr.  Chongyang  Chen’s paper “Decreasing the problematic use of an information system: An empirical investigation of smartphone game players” was recently accepted by Information Systems Journal (ISJ). This study investigates the influence mechanism of threat appraisal, coping appraisal, subjective norms and habit on the intention to decrease use of smartphone games. ISJ is an elite SSCI journal in Information Systems. ISJ is in JCR Q1 with a 5-Year impact factor of 4.482.

Dr. Chen obtained her Ph.D. from the joint Ph.D. program between the University of Science and Technology of China and the City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chen has over 10 papers accepted by or published on international journals and conferences, such as Information & Management,International Journal of Information Management, Computers in Human Behavior,andInternet Research. Her research interests include Customer Behavior, Dark Side of IT Use, and Mobile Commerce.

Dr. Dawoon Jung’s paper “How to Make a Sustainable Manufacturing Process:A High-Commitment HRM System” was accepted by Sustainability. This study investigated the relationship between high-commitment human resource management (HCHRM) practices and process improvement activities (i.e., manufacturing flexibility) by utilizing the theory of social exchange. The results of the study show that the HCHRM system ultimately explains manufacturing flexibility through enhancement of employees’ capabilities. Sustainabilityis an elite SSCI journal in the area of environment. Sustainability is in JCR Q2 with a 5-Year impact factor of 2.801.

Dr. Jung obtained her Ph.D. in Management from Korea University in 2018 and then joined Research Center for Smarter Supply Chain at Dongwu Business School, Soochow University. Her researches have been published in top journals such as Information Systems Research.
